Our standard method of payment is cash. We
require a credit card to hold all reservations. One way fares over $40 can be charged, for fares under $40 a $7 convenience fee will be added to the fare. If charging your fare, we
will charge the round trip during the initial pick-up.
Cancellation:
We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, Buffalo Airport Shuttle has a very
simple cancellation policy: reservations before 9 am must be cancelled by 9 pm the night prior to service. All reservations in the United States must be cancelled four hours prior to
pick-up and all Canadian reservations must be cancelled six hours prior to pick-up.
No Shows:
If you do not cancel a reservation within the established time frame the full fare will be charged.
Lost Items:
Passengers are responsible for their personal possessions.
We try our best to return items left in our vehicles to their owners, but we assume no liability for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items. Any charges incurred in returning a left
behind item to its owner must be paid for by the owner.
Luggage:
Many bags look alike. Our drivers cannot be responsible for remembering which bags belong to each
passenger. Upon reaching your destination, please check to see that you have retrieved all your belongings and each bag is, indeed, yours.
We are not responsible for marks,
scratches, broken handles or other damage associated with normal use, wear and tear of luggage.
Limitations of Liability:
Buffalo Airport Shuttle will not be liable for
delays caused by accident, breakdown, poor road conditions, snow storms and other conditions beyond its control. Any expenses incurred as a result of delayed departure or arrival
times, including missed flights or travel connections are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
Unruly Passengers:
In order to maintain a safe and comfortable driving
environment, our drivers have the right to deny or de-board any person who, in the driver's mind is unruly or disruptive. This includes those under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
or who are incapable of taking care of themselves, or whose condition, conduct or behavior may be objectionable to other passengers.
