Where shall we take you?

Buffalo Airport Shuttle passengers regularly travel on both sides of the border, and across it. Headquartered in Western New York, we service the local region and can take you anywhere across the US and Canada.

The WNY region is home to nearly three million people and includes the cities of Buffalo, Rochester, and Niagara Falls. Nearby, the Southern Ontario region north of the border is where approximately one third of the citizens of Canada call home and includes the cities of Toronto, Hamilton, Kitchener-Cambridge-Waterloo, London, and St. Catherines. Where the regions meet, the two countries share access to Great Lakes, Niagara Falls, and have some of the busiest border crossings in the world.

The area is host to numerous major sports teams, entertainment venues, arts and cultural institutions, and huge swaths of beautiful rural areas including world renowned wine producing areas on both sides of the border and a place every sort of outdoor activity imaginable. There's a little bit of everything for everyone in our region. We're not only proud to call this area home, we look forward every day to bringing passengers to points all across it.

These are just some of the most popular destinations our passengers travel - but this list is far from inclusive. If you've already got a trip planned, some of these pages include some helpful information for the specific locations you'll want to check out. Important Border Crossing Information

Our experienced drivers are Nexus Approved and transport passengers across the United States and Canadian border on a daily basis. Border Patrol Customs Agents on both sides of the border are professionals with an important job to do, and generally behave in a courteous and respectful manner when passengers do the same.

Border crossing is a fairly quick and easy process when passengers are prepared. We recommend reviewing the information at U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Website.

For current advisories and wait times, refer to the Canada Border Services Agency or U.S. Customs.
