Payment is due on the day of service, and can be made in cash or with the credit card on file. Our rates are all inclusive. We do not run by meter and there are no hidden fees! Driver gratuity is left to the discretion of the passenger.
There is a 24 hour advance notice of cancellation by phone only and not by email. No cancellations are allowed less than 24 hours in advance of pick up time and will be charged the full fare.
